North Korea's nuclear facilities must be completely and irreversibly removed: Bolton

U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton has also been doing the rounds on American news networks to discuss North Korea with the big summit now less than a month away.
Speaking to ABC News on Sunday,... Bolton said the U.S. wants to see the denuclearization process so completely underway that it's irreversible.
He said that's something that has to happen "before the benefits start to flow" to North Korea.
Asked what the U.S. is prepared to offer Pyongyang if the regime follows through with full denuclearization, Bolton said Washington is prepared to open to trade and investment with the country as soon as it can.
