Two Koreas planning to hold groundbreaking ceremony for railways and roads within the year

South and North Korea are pushing forward with a ceremony to break ground on work to connect their railways and roads.
That's according to Seoul's Unification Ministry, which said in a regular briefing on Wednesday,... that South Korea has sent a basic plan for the ceremony to the North and that they're sorting out the details based on that plan.
The ministry also says the two sides will hold talks on Thursday at the inter-Korean liaison office, as part of efforts to hold the event before the end of the year... as part of implementing the summit agreement reached in Pyeongyang in September.
