Man throws Molotov cocktail at Chief Justice's car on his way to work

A 74-year-old man... indentified only by his surname Nam... threw a molotov cocktail at a vehicle carrying Supreme Court Chief Justice Kim Myeong-su,... this morning.... at around 9:10 a.m., as the car was entering the top court building in southern Seoul.
One of the front tires and Nam himself caught fire,... but it was immediately put out by security guards at the site.
No injuries have been reported yet.
Police arrested the man on site and has been questioning him... to investigate his possible motives and more.
Nam is known to have been staging a one-man protest in front of the Supreme Court building... in regards to a personal lawsuit.
