But in the morning those going to take Korea's college entrance exam should dress warmly. The mercury will jump later on in the day,... but it will quickly drop by the time the exam is over.
The fine dust levels are high tomorrow,... especially in the western areas. So do wear a mask-- and, by the way, test takers are allowed to wear them into the exam.
There will be patches of fog and frost in the morning, so be extra careful when driving. Lots of regions will see single digit readings.
The daytime highs will be higher than the seasonal norms tomorrow. Seoul and most regions will reach 15 degrees or above.
By next week, Seoul is expected to see morning lows of zero degrees.
