Dusty all day in some parts, milder highs _ 021418

Good morning, we can expect much milder temperatures but most regions will be blanketed with high levels of fine dust. Most of the central region, including Seoul, will be dusty all day,... while the southern provinces will see higher dust levels from the afternoon.

Some of the capital was coated with light ice this morning so drive with caution,... while we could see a light mix of rain and snow... with parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeonggi-do province could see up to 5 centimeters of snowfall.

Taking a closer look at today's readings, the high in Seoul will get up to 9 degrees Celsius, the last time we had such a high was back in November.. while southern regions will see highs in the double digits...

Readings will snap back to below seasonal averages tomorrow,... which is the start of the Seollal or Lunar New Year holiday. It's going to be a cold Lunar New Year holiday this year so dress warmly for any outdoor activities.

PyeongChang will see milder temperatures as well but expect to see a mix of rain and snow during the day.
