Good afternoon, Seoul will have better air this afternoon but unfortunately many inland regions will have high levels of fine dust with an ultra fine dust advisory in place in Daejeon, Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollabuk-do Provinces.
The chilly morning will turn to double digit afternoon highs and unlike the murky skies we had, most parts will be under plenty of sunshine.
Highs will range between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius, Seoul will get up to 13 degrees, Jeju to 16 degrees. Regions in the east will see showers due to easterly winds in the afternoon.
It's an important week for Suneung test takers, the college entrance exam that's conducted once a year will take a place on Thursday. Thankfully the weather will be calm under mostly sunny skies in most regions.
