On to the weather,... most parts of Korea are finally enjoying some clear skies and clean air... after days of choking in fine dust.
Today, fine dust concentrations are at 'good' to 'normal' levels in most parts of the country... except in the central areas including Sejong City,... where the level is 'bad'.
Temperatures are also mild today,... with Seoul seeing its mercury at 6 degrees Celsius for now,... and expected to reach a high of 13 degrees in the afternoon.
