Good morning, temperatures will be slightly higher than Thursday nearing the seasonal averages.... readings got much more bearable but it's still quite cold along with cold winds so dress warmly....
Taking a closer look at the readings for the day, Seoul is waking up to a low of minus 7 degrees Celsius while other major cities are also having similar morning lows to yesterday.
As for the highs, Seoul will rise to 2 degrees Celsius, Busan seems to be one of the mildest cities in the nation at a high of 8 degrees Celsius this afternoon under mostly sunny skies.
But expect to see snow late at night in the west including here in the capital, and that will bring another round of frigid air to the nation and that will be with us until early next week.
