Military officials from the two Koreas and the United Nations Command are holding talks to discuss opening the Joint Security Area for visitors in the future.
According to Seoul's defense ministry,.... the three-way talks began at around 10 AM on Tuesday at the Freedom House on the South Korean side of the inter-Korean border village of Panmunjeom.
The three sides are reviewing the JSA's disarmament,... which took place in late October.
They are also expected to talk about how the security personnel from the South and North will be stationed in each other's area, and the ways to install surveillance equipment and share information.
