The first three-way meeting between South and North Korea and the UN Command has just started at the inter-Korean border village of Panmunjeom.
The officials will be discussing the demilitarization of the Joint Security Area as agreed upon at last month's inter-Korean summit in Pyeongyang.
According to South Korea's defense ministry, the closed-door meeting is being attended by nine officials, three officials each from South and North Korea and the UN Command.
