Mobile messenger app KakaoTalk to introduce 'unsend' feature

South Korea's leading messaging application is introducing an 'unsend' feature which allows people to delete messages sent mistakenly.
KaKao Corporation has notified users about the change, and will implement the new feature in the next update.
It did not confirm an exact date.
Under the change, one can delete KakaoTalk messages… but only before they are read by the recipients.
Currently, people can only delete messages on their own device, not the receivers'.
This move comes after users complained about sending messages by mistake or to the wrong person.
Other messenger apps including Naver's Line... already have similar functions.
