North Korea's central news agency reported Sunday that Kim said Samjiyon County has changed dramatically since he gave field guidance there last month.
The North Korean leader, touring local housing and public builings under construction, also emphasized the importance of rebuilding the North's forests, which have been decimated over the years by aggressive logging.
