휴가서 복귀한 문 대통령, 수석보좌관 회의서 규제혁신 및 경제현안 논의

South Korean President Moon Jae-in is back from his week-long summer holiday.
And in a meeting with his top aides on Monday, he discussed the country's economic situation and the plan to raise the minimum wage again next year.
President Moon called for efforts to get rid of regulations hampering job growth and the rise of new industries.
He also urged more investment in social overhead capital -- that is, things that are accessible to and benefit everyone,... like libraries, education and the culture sector.
Also, on the killer heatwave, the President ordered the authorities to make sure people don't have to worry too much about the electric bills that'll soon be coming in the mail... by maximizing discounts and adjusting the existing progressive rate system.
