Ingredients:-
For Premix
1 tbsp Cashew powder
1 tbsp Melon seeds powder
1 tbsp Sesame powder
3 tbsp Milk powder
1 tsp Roasted Maida
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Pinch of Orange-Red color (Optional)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 cup water

For Tempering:
1 tsp Oil
1 Bay leaf
1 Star Anise
3 Cloves

For Paneer Makhanwala:
2 tbsp Oil
250 grams Cottage Cheese/ Paneer
1/2 cup Tomato Puree
Premix
1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi
Butter

Method:-
In a bowl add cashew powder, sesame powder, melon seeds powder, milk powder, roasted maida, onion powder, garlic powder,
red chilli powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, orange-red color, sugar, salt, mix well.
After the tempering to the mixture once it cools down and mix well.
Add water, milk to the mixture and mix well.

For Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, bay leaf, star anise, cloves, switch off the flame and let it cool.

For Paneer Makhanwala:
Heat oil in a vessel, add cottage cheese and saute it slightly.
Add tomato puree, premix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add kasoori methi and butter.

Our Paneer Makhanwala is ready to serve.
