Paneer: 200 grams
Butter: 1-1/2 + 2-1/2 tbsp.
Cashew nut: 50 grams
Dried Fenugreek leaves: 1/2 tbsp.
Fresh cream: 2 tbsp.
Water: 1/2 cup
Medium sized chopped Onion: 1
Medium sized chopped Tomato: 2
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
Bay leaf: 1
Clove: 5
Green cardamom: 4
Green chilly: 2
Red chilly powder: 1/4 tbsp.
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: as per taste
