Flash floods hit the village of Libertyville, Illinois, on Tuesday, June 26, after a series of strong storms moved through the Chicago area.This footage, captured by an eyewitness, show cars driving through a flooded Appley Avenue, a torrential downpour on South Milwaukee Avenue and a flooded playground.Heavy rainfall also caused flooding in nearby Mundelein, ABC7 Chicago reported, while other parts of Illinois endured tornadoes.
