Cars were left submerged by floodwaters in Worcester, Massachusetts on Tuesday, July 17, after storms hit the city.This video was captured by eyewitness Juan Oritz on Pelham Street. Lamenting the flooded street in the clip, he can be heard saying; “This is what happens all the time when it rains here in Pelham Street, Worcester, Mass. All these houses. When is the city going to do something?” The road also flooded in October 2016, local newspaper The Telegram & Gazette reported.Worcester Fire Department told MassLive that it had responded to more than 100 storm-related calls.
