A line of thunderstorms dropped enough rain over New Orleans, Louisiana, to cause the French Quarter to flood on Friday, May 12. This video was taken from Annuniciation Street.The Times-Picayune reported Friday would be stormy and breezy, with the National Weather Service forecasting between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain would fall across the area.
