Rainfall Blocks Roads and Floods Homes as Storm Hits Philippines

Tropical Storm Sanba hit the Philippines on February 13, causing landslides and flooding in the southern part of the country and leading to the deaths of at least four people.The Philippine Coast Guard said around 3,982 people were stranded at different ports across the country due to the stormy conditions.Rescue workers cleared debris from main roads and manned evacuation centers as the storm advanced towards the Mindanao and the Visayan Islands.These videos show people wading through waterlogged streets.
