Good afternoon. We are waking up to wet roads this morning. Light showers have been falling across most of Korea. Over the East Sea,... Tokyo will see scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Rain will continue until the evening in the capital area, while those of you down south will see showers gradually tapering off.
Today's showers will put the brakes on the warm temperatures. Readings will be a couple of notches lower than yesterday and a huge drop in readings is expected on Thursday.
As for the highs, Seoul and Daejeon will reach 21 degrees Celsius, Busan and Chuncheon will get up to 19 degrees.
With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.
South Korea will have a calm day along with a mix of rain and clouds, while most parts of North Korea will also see showers.
Bad weather will continue to dump heavy rain on the south of Thailand, at least until Wednesday, with its impact also felt in other parts of the country, including Bangkok.
Another bout of warm and dry weather will sweep across southern Australia later this week.
Heading to North America, showers and even some thunderstorms will hit Montreal with some heavy rainfall at times.
As for South America, Rio de Janeiro will have mix of rain and clouds.

Lastly to Africa, the Western Cape can expect some more rain, and gale-force winds will hit the Eastern Cape coast on Wednesday.
