Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. The heavy rain alerts have been lifted,... and as of noon, there was a break in the rain. But let me remind you that there is another round of heavy rain to come between now and tomorrow. The capital and the west of Gangwon-do province will receive the most of rain, with up to 100 millimeters.
For those of you wondering when the rain will end,... the downpours will continue through Friday morning, but it will clear into the afternoon starting from the west side of the nation.
With warm air blowing in, the weather will be very humid with Seoul beginning the morning at 17 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gyeongju at 21 and 20 degrees.
The daily highs in Seoul are expected to rise up to 21 degrees, with Gwangju at 25, while Busan hits 21 degrees.
From Saturday, we'll finally get to see the sun,... and the mercury that was pulled down by the rainy weather is expected to gradually rise.
