Let's get things started with a play back of that historic first encounter by the leaders of the two Koreas earlier this morning.
Both leaders took turns crossing the military demarcation line, something that many had not seen coming.
Kim Ji-yeon has our top story.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un headed toward the venue for their talks at the Peace House in Panmunjom after their historic moment at the demarcation line.
Signing the guestbook on the first floor, Kim called it "a new chapter in history" and "the historic starting point of an era of peace."
The two leaders walked towards the second floor for talks which lasted for one hour and 40 minutes, from 10:15 to 11:55 AM.
At the start of the summit, Kim said he had been looking forward to the historic meeting.

"I was thinking that we have to meet in good faith, determined to ensure that this meeting goes well and the past 11 years were not wasted. As I said before, we need to meet frequently. Let us bring to bear our determination and deal thoroughly with every issue so that those 11 years did not pass in vain. I had a flood of emotion as I walked those 200 meters."

In response, President Moon said he looked forward to discussions, which haven't been had for the past ten years.

"I hope our discussions today will be fruitful and result in an agreement. It would be an enormous gift to all of our people and to all those around the world who long for peace and prosperity."
