Warm highs of 20s in most parts, rain from the evening _ 041018

Good afternoon.Expect to have fine weather in the afternoon before some showers this evening. Beijing will also notice a big jump in temperatures along with strong winds.
Chilly lower single digit morning lows in Gyeongju and Chuncheon will jump nearly 20 degrees Celsius... getting up to 23 degrees in Gyeongju while Chuncheon will make it to 21 degrees. Seoul will get up to 21 degrees with rain in the forecast.
A large amount of rain will soak the entire country from this evening through to dawn tomorrow.
Rain won't affect the temperatures, but we could see yellow dust blowing in tomorrow afternoon.

Most of South Korea will see higher afternoon highs under partly sunny skies, and many parts of North Korea will receive showers with rain clouds moving down south.
