Meanwhile, western regions will see poor visibility this morning due to mix of dust and fog, what's worse... toxic dust from overseas will blow in this afternoon boosting fine dust levels to "bad" in the west so check the levels frequently today.

Temperature-wise, morning lows are kicking off a couple degrees higher than last week, Seoul and Jeju kicking off the day at 22 degrees Celsius.

A warm and humid afternoon is in store and daily highs will be couple notches lower for Seoul at 29 degrees this afternoon, while Daegu and Gwangju will notice highs going up at 31 degrees.
