Fine dust levels will ease in the afternoon and most parts of the country will have normal air quality,... but some regions in the west could have relatively high dust levels, so check the air quality before heading out.

Sunny skies are expected for most of the day with a high of 14 degrees in Seoul, Daegu will reach 19 degrees.

Wednesday's temperatures will hit a high of 20 degrees in Seoul, but rain on Thursday will end the unseasonably warm temperatures. Readings will go back to the low teens, hovering slightly above the seasonal average.
