Air quality to improve, mild readings _ 012319

Good afternoon, it's another dusty day... you will need a face mask on your way out. Most of the Korean peninsula has been covered with toxic smog since last night... It's forecast to stay dusty until cold northerly winds blow in later in the afternoon.

Plenty of sunshine is in store but the dust could dim the sunshine and temperatures will stay on the mild side, Tokyo will also have temperatures right around the seasonal average.

Here in Korea, it's been a real dry winter so far... this could be one of the driest winters on record. Daily highs will range between 7 and 12 degrees Celsius... while many southern areas will see highs in the double digits.

Temperatures will fall but should be bearable, staying a couple of notches higher than the norms, but we'll notice big drop in morning lows and it will stay freezing through the weekend.
