Good afternoon, spring feels like it's well-underway with wide gaps in temperatures between the lows and highs. Bonghwa in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province will see a temperature gap of nearly 20 degrees Celsius, Seoul will also have a much milder afternoon.

Other major cities will have early to mid March temperatures this afternoon under plenty of sunshine along with normal air.

Expect to have higher than average temperatures this week but we'll notice brief drop in temperatures on Independence Movement Day on March 1st.

As for the weather outlook for upcoming months, temperatures will remain similar to average temperatures for next couple of months while May should be slightly warmer than norms with drier conditions than usual.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

While most parts of South Korea will see spring like conditions in the afternoon under mostly sunny skies, most parts in North Korea will see colder conditions along with snow.

As for the rest of Asia, Bangkok will have a partly cloudy day with isolated thundershowers along with steamy highs at 34 degrees.

Meanwhile, it was a wet and miserable Sunday for Sydneysiders getting two months of rainfall in just 24 hours, but expect more of the same on Monday.

Heading to North America, a mild, damp weekend in Washington, D.C. will become brighter but expect to have wide temperature gaps.

As for South America, both Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will have rain though this week along with scattered thunderstorms.

Taking you to Europe,.. winter remains in full swing in Stockholm... frequent snow and freezing temperatures are on tap this week.

Lastly to Africa, Cape Town has the week ahead with mild to hot temperatures with no rain.
