Good morning, it will feel more like early summer this afternoon, a sharp change from this chilly morning. The mercury will soar quickly under plenty of sunshine. Expect a similar weather pattern this weekend.
Dry weather alerts have remained in place for a week to 10 days for most areas now. A strong wind advisory has been lifted in Gangwon-do Province but it's super dry so please be extra careful with anything that could start a fire. The central and western regions will see high levels of ultra fine dust today.
As for this morning's temperatures, Seoul at 12 degrees.. Daejeon, Gyeongju and Chuncheon kicking off the day in single digits.
Daily highs in most areas will be in the upper twenties but Busan and Jeju will be in the low twenties.
