Good morning, it felt like spring had come to an end yesterday afternoon. If you were out and under the sunshine on Thursday, you'd probably agree with me. Seoul's high was around 25 degrees and it's forecast to be slightly hotter today and even hotter tomorrow, but the mercury will return to the seasonal average on Children's Day.
If you are under shade it's bearable,... but we are dealing with stronger UV rays as we enter May. Apply sunblock and remember to wear SPF 15, which blocks about 93 percent of those nasty rays, or an even higher SPF for small kids.
Mornings are still breezy in most parts, Chuncheon chillier at 7 degrees, Jeju is one of the warmest at 15 degrees.
Daily highs will be warmer in most parts, ranging between 22 and 28 degrees Celsius, under lots of sunshine. We'll have decent air during the day but expect yellow dust to blow in tonight affecting western regions.
