Good morning, many upper regions and even Jeju Island are waking up to a dusty morning, but strong winds will blow in this afternoon and disperse the dust in the air.

So a brief spring cold snap will arrive bringing the temperatures down to the chillier side, starting this afternoon.. it should feel colder than the actual temperatures so dress warmly on your way out. Tomorrow and on Thursday morning we'll wake up to sub zero temperatures.

Meanwhile, many inland regions will receive light showers of less than 5 millimeters during the day while parts of Gangwon-do Province could see flurries of snow.

For a closer look at today's temperatures, morning lows are kicking off similar to yesterday at 3 degrees in Seoul and Gwangju.

Daily highs will be higher for Jeju and Gwangju this afternoon getting up to 17 and 14 degrees while Seoul will be breezier at 9 degrees.
