Readings plummet this afternoon, brief wintry cold snap in store for this year's Suneung

Good afternoon. Tomorrow is a big day for those taking the Suneung, Korea's college entrance exam, but we can't really say the weather is favorable. We need an umbrella and warmer jacket for today as rain will start from this afternoon in the west, before gradually spreading to the rest of the country.
The rain could turn to snow in inland regions and mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province into late midnight tonight. There could be some ice around on the busy Suneung morning tomorrow.
The incoming cold front and overnight windchills will lead to very cold weather for mid-November... a low of minus 3 degrees Celsius in Seoul and highs that are lower than today's lows. Mountainous regions will be far colder.
As for this afternoon, most regions will see highs in the low to mid teens across the country, with dark rain clouds moving in.
