Ingredients

Ghee
Cumin
Black Cardamom
Cloves
Black Pepper
Bay Leaf
Green Chillies
Onions
Salt
Grated Coconut
Coriander Leaves
Water
Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Garam Masala
Cinnamon Powder
Cardamom
Rice
Almonds
Cashew
Raisin

Method:

- In a pan heart ghee and add cumin, black cardamom, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf and green chillies. Mix them well.
- Add onions and allow it to cook a bit.
- Once done, add salt along with grated coconut and mix well on a low flame.
- Grind green chillies, coriander leaves and water so as to make a paste.
- Add this coriander paste in to the mixture and mix well.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and cardamom. Mix well
- Add soaked rice and give it a mix. Add water to this and allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Ghee roast almonds, cashews and raisins.
- Once the rice is cooked, add cinnamon powder and garnish it with roasted nuts.
- Delicious Coriander Rice is ready to be served!
