Meaning

Triyak in the Sanskrit language refers to something slanting. Tada means mountain and asana means pose. So Triyak Tadasana means the asana in which the body slants and it looks like a mountain.

Technique

Stand with the feet maintaining a distance of two to three feet
Inhale deeply and keeping the hands above the head, hold your fingers together.
Now exhale and stretch wide enough to the right side.
Bend down from waist and inhale to come back to initial position.
This yoga pose helps to maintain good health and you can repeat this in the left side too.
