Tadasana For Kids Growth and Height - Treatment, Tips & Cure in Tamil

Tadasana is a form of yoga, which helps in maintaining equilibrium and balance within and is proven a great form of boosting height and growth in kids. So Tadasana yoga for kids is a good way to keep them healthy.

Meaning :

Tada means mountain and asana means pose so Tadasana means the Mountain Pose.

Technique :

Stand firm with the toes of both your feet touching each other.
Let the arms hang loosely on the sides.
Spread the heels and the toes and create a solid foundation by dropping them to the floor.
Now distribute your weight evenly on the feet.
Inhale deeply with a steady breath.
Relax your thighs and do not tighten your stomach.
Raise your knees and turn the thighs to widen the gap in between.
Now extend the tailbone such that it is in between your seat bones.
The stomach muscles take care of the control and balance of the body.
Keep this pose and do not slant.
Do not puff the front ribs ahead instead lift your chest upwards and widen the shoulder bone.
Now elongate your neck such that the top of the head goes upwards.
Remain in this pose for around half a minute and breathe easily.
Relax and release the pose after this.
