Apricot Sauce - Easy To Make Quick Bite - Appetizer Recipe By Annuradha Toshniwal

Ingredients: (makes 1 cup)
1 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup sugar - optional
1 lemon juice
Cream cracker biscuits
Cheese Slices
Green apple slices

Method:
- Soak apricots overnigt and remove the seeds
- Add sugar to the pulp
- Heat till sugar disolves and mixture thickens
- Cool and liquidize the apricot pulp and syrup
- Add lemon juice
- Roughly cut green apples in slices
- Cut cheese slices into pieces
- Take cream cracker biscuit and place cheese and apple piece.
- Place a scoop of the sauce on top
- Sprinkle some red chilli flakes on top of it
