Patatas Bravas - Spanish Recipe - Potato in Creamy Sauce Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal [HD]

Patatas Bravas, also known as papas bravas, is a dish native to Spain. It is often served as tapa and is one of the most spicy dishes served in Spain. This dish is commonly served in restaurants throughout Spain where it is accompanied with a glass of wine.

Ingredients:
2 Medium Potatoes
1/2 cup Cream
4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Oil
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Chilli Flakes
Coriander (Cilantro)

Method:
- Cut 2 medium size potatoes in cube shape and fry or boil and grill them.
- To make the sauce, add 4 tbsp. of tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp. flour to 1/2 cup of cream and mix them well.
- Heat 1 tbsp. of oil and add 1 tbsp of chilli powder and roast it. Also add the sauce and keep stirring continuously.
- Add salt to enhance the taste of the sauce.
- Place the warm potatoes on a dish and drizzle a spoonful of sauce over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes and coriander (cilantro) to give it some colour.
- Patata Brava is ready to be served.
