What’s on Wales: egg-citing Easter fun
  • last month
In the capital city, the museum will be hosting their big museum Easter trail. There are plenty of challenges for the little ones to be getting up to, from spot the difference to counting Easter eggs throughout the museum, it’s a great excuse to get the kids exploring our national museum while having fun doing it, taking place from the 29th march til the 1st April.

CADW are hosting Easter events all across the country, with egg hunts, live music and a chance to experience how people lived in our centuries old castles across Wales. Denbighshire castle is hosting archery for all the little lords and ladies, a medieval camp and a special combat show. But there’s so much more in all CADW properties across Wales this Easter.

And of course, if you’re just looking to take in the springtime air and want to experience all the beautiful countryside Wales has to offer, why not take a walk across some of our coastal paths. Wales has a path spanning the whole shoreline, but for those who don’t want to walk the full 870 miles, there are plenty of shorter walks along different beautiful sections of the path.
