BTN DKB Curl & Press 75lb!

From @hellthraiser 's comment yesterday, that l was doing the BTN Squatted Curl & Press flat-footed, l opted to repeat today, but in a Deep Knee Bend position. This was MUCH easier! I moved up to 75lb for a few tries. The addition of balancing on the front of the feet put the fun level through the roof! Hope you're having a great week! God Bless!
