Following the Sumos, it was time to work at getting under the bar better. What better way to do that than with Snatches from the Hang right? 78lb, 100lb, 135lb & 139lb shown. Pleasantly surprised how well these went cuz they didn't feel so hot at first! I guess that's why they call it practice...right? God Bless!
