Dead Hang Split Snatches 76lb

Hey, the Kneeling Jump Splits went fine sooooo since that's how l warm up for Snatches.....l guess l should do some right?
Still feelin' the knees, particularly the right, out. I was amazed at just a slight pain with the right foot forward. Of course, l stayed light only going up to 76lb. I am EXTREMELY thankful with how well today's workout went after the right knee flare up during yesterday's workout!! Praise the Lord!!
