A man has been jailed for 16 years for the murder of his friend. Mark Jones, known as the Snapchat Killer, stabbed 19 year old Kyle Walley on the victim’s kitchen floor and posted the video to snapchat to humiliate him. 20 year old Jones denied murder, but was found guilty at Wrexham crown court.

An investigation will take place into the cause of a fire in North Wales at a large scale industrial site on 16th March. No one was injured in the blaze, but North Wales Fire and rescue services needed 25 firefighters to tackle the blaze.

Mark Drakeford recently paid a visit to the French National Archive’s on a trip to Paris for the six nations to see a letter written by Owain Glyndwr to the King of France over 600 years ago. The letter is seen as one of the most important artefacts in Welsh history and was written to get support for Glyndwr’s rebellion against English rule.
