Preparing the Marinade
500 gms Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp 5 Spice Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg (crushed)
1/2 tsp Cloves (crushed)
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Oil

Baking the Wings
Oil (for greasing)
Bake for 250 °C for 15-20 mins

Making the Dip
1/2 cup Curd
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dried Dill Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
