The Caldine Curry is a Goan curry. I cooked the curry using MAGGI MAGIC CUBES which is made with selected spices and years of trust and MAGGI COCONUT MILK POWDER which adds an irresistible taste, flavor, and aroma to all your dishes.

Chicken Caldine Curry Ingredients -
For Chicken Marination:
1 kg Chicken (curry cut)
Salt (as required)
1 cube Maggi Magic Cubes (chicken)

For Spice Mix Paste
½ cup Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
8-10 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
4-5 Cloves
½ tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted)
9-10 Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Tamarind
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar

For Coconut Milk:
3 cups Water (warm)
9 tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk Powder

For Cooking:
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion (sliced)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 cube Maggi Magic Cubes (chicken)
