Squatted Bent Press 1-1x6x50lb Waiter's Style

Not a fan of gettin' up early to do ANY kind of training buuuuuuuut, realizing that successful folks get things done 1st thing, l am TRYING to develop that habit.
I much prefer having coffee for an hour to let my mind & body warm up but,l gotta say gettin' some Squatted Bent Presses done seems to wake me up just fine.
Of course, l could have picked a less difficult move...ANY OTHER move would have been easier! There's not much that doesn't get pulled back into shape on these: feet, ankles, knees, hips, lower back, upper back, shoulders, elbows and wrists(thanks to the Waiter's Style of holding the plate flat in the hand). There's quite a bit of balance and coordination going on as well. Lots of good going on here. Hope you give it a try! God Bless!!
