'Secret General of BJP': Abhishek Banerjee takes a jibe at Tushar Mehta

Abhishek Banerjee, All India General Secretary of the Trinamool Congress, took to Twitter to criticize Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, writing, "Even after 72 hours, the Hon'ble SG of India has failed to release the 20 minutes of CCTV footage of his own house to corroborate his own statement. Mr SG, with such a weak defence, you can continue serving as the BJP India's secret general, not India's Solicitor General."
Meanwhile, a delegation of two TMC MPs will meet President Ramnath Kovind today to double down on the party’s demand for SG Tushar Mehta’s resignation from the post because of his alleged meeting with the Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly and BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari.
