As the nation proceeds towards a partial unlocking in many states, Maharashtra govt has not lifted any Covid restrictions yet. The state has been under lockdown for two months since the onset of the second wave of Coronavirus. Maharashtra cabinet minister Vijay Wadettiwar on Thursday announced a five-level unlock plan for the state. Addressing the media after a State Disaster Management Authority meeting, he said that restrictions would be lifted in 18 out of 36 districts in the state based on case positivity rate and hospital bed occupancy.
