Ghee: 2 kg
Haldi (Turmeric):8 Table Spoon
Garam Masala Powder: 8 Table Spoon
Salt: 400 to 500 Grams (As per taste)
Food Color: 3 Table Spoon
Green Chili: 200 gram
Lemons: 10 pcs
Fresh Mint: 1 bunch
Fresh Coriander: 1 bunch
Coriander Seed: 8 Table Spoon
Food Color: 3 Table Spoon
Yogurt: 1 kg
Biryani Masala: 2 Sachet (any brand)
Imli: 200 gram
Alu Bukhara: 200 gram

Garam Masala for Chicken curry / tarka:
1. Loung: 1 Table Spoon
2. Green Eliachi: 18 pcs
3. Black Elaichi: 6 pcs
4. Dar Chini: 1 stick

Garam Masala for Rice:
1. Loung: 1 Table Spoon
2. Green Eliachi: 12 pcs
3. Black Elaichi: 4 pcs
4. Dar Chini: 2 stick
5. Zeera: 2 Table Spoon
6. Taiz Pat Patay: 4 pcs
(Add salt to rice as per taste and 100 to 150 ml oil along with garam masala)
