Seoul's justice ministry will announce plans and countermeasures against the recent COVID-19 outbreak at a detention center in Seoul.
The vice minister will hold a briefing this morning and report the latest updates on the breakout including the initial cause, number of confirmed patients and countermeasures to tame the surge.
So far, almost 8-hundred people have reportedly contracted the virus.
The ministry decided on Wednesday to conduct a fourth round of testing at the center on some 1-thousand-830 people.
