President Moon nominates three new ministers; top aides offer to resign

President Moon Jae-in has nominated three-term ruling party lawmaker Park Beom-kye as new justice minister.
Park will replace Choo Mi-ae who tendered her resignation earlier this month.
For environment minister, Moon has nominated ruling party lawmaker Han Jeoung-ae,... and picked Hwang Ki-chul, former Navy chief, to lead the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs.
They will undergo confirmation hearings.
Meanwhile, President Moon's Chief of Staff Noh Young-min and top policy and civil affairs aides have offered to resign... to reduce the president's burden in state affairs.
