Scuffles broke out between drivers and police at the UK's Dover Port,... as thousands of trucks were stranded due to a COVID-19 blockade.
This comes as Paris and London agreed,...that drivers carrying a negative test result,...could board ferries.
France reopened its borders to arrivals from the UK on Wednesday,.. after imposing a 2-day ban,... in response to the emergence of a new strain of coronavirus in the UK.
But the testing system at the port was not yet ready,... holding up thousands of trucks carrying food.
